Alhassan is Belgian champion, Adams nets a hat trick

AUSTRIA

21-year-old Reinhard Azubuike claimed an assist in Admira [3-0] Vorwärts Steyr in the 2 Liga.

BELGIUM

In only his second season at Antwerp, Alhassan Yusuf has become the champion of Belgium. The young midfielder was a second-half substitute as Antwerp secured a memorable 2-2 draw against KRC Genk to lift their first First Division A title in 66 years.

Tolu Arokodare opened the scoring for Genk, who could have also won the title with a win. But former Tottenham defender, Toby Alderweireld netted a stoppage-time equaliser to send the title Antwerp's way.

Elsewhere, Victor Boniface assisted Union Saint-Gilloise's only goal in their [1-3] defeat to Club Brugge. With Genk and Antwerp drawing at the Cegeka Arena, Union SG would have been league champions if they had beaten Brugge.

DENMARK

Stephen Odey scored his fourth goal of the season to help Randers force FC Copenhagen to a [1-1] draw away from home.

ITALY

Victor Osimhen's excellent Serie A campaign ended on a high as he scored a penalty in Napoli's [2-0] win over Sampdoria.

The Super Eagles striker finished with 26 league goals to become the first-ever African to win Serie A's topscorer award.

Ademola Lookman could not add to his club-high 13 league goals, but he still supplied an assist in Atalanta's [5-2] victory over Monza.

LITHUANIA

In the A Lyga, Mathias Oyewusi Kehinde was among the goals for Zalgiris as they came from a two-goal deficit to draw [2 - 2] with FA Šiauliai.

NORWAY

Ebiye Moses gave Aalesund a first-half lead, only for Brann to score three times in the second half to secure a [1 - 3] win away from home.

Akor Adams enjoyed an excellent weekend as he scored his first hat trick of the season to guide Lillestrøm to a convincing [3 - 1] win at home to Stabæk.

SWEDEN

In the Allsvenskan, Abdussalam Mugashy opened his goal account for the season by grabbing a late equaliser for AIK in their [1 - 1] draw with visiting Kalmar.

In the Ettan division, John Junior made it two goals in his last three games as he found the net to help Sandviken claim a point in their [1 - 1] draw with Piteå.

SPAIN

In the Spanish La Liga, Chukwueze was one of Villarreal's better performers in their [2-2] draw at home to Atletico Madrid.

URUGUAY

Christian Ebere got back on the goal trail as he was among the goals for Plaza Colonia in their [3 - 3] draw with Cerro Largo in a Primera Division clash.

USA

In the NWSL, Super Falcons star, Michelle Alozie netted the second goal for Houston Dash in their [2-0] triumph over Orlando Pride at the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas.

In the USL Championship, Boluwatife Akinyode had an eventful day as he scored Miami FC's consolation goal just before halftime in their [5-1] loss at Memphis 901, only to be red-carded at the start of the second half.

It was a similar scenario to Tanitoluwa Oluwaseyi, who scored a third-minute opener as San Antonio took a three-nil lead inside the first twenty minutes of their clash with San Diego Loyal. Oluwaseyi was then sent off in the 20th minute to change the complexion of the game, and the visitors scored thrice in the last 15 minutes to escape with a [3-3] draw.
