GK - CHIAMAKA NNADOZIE - PARIS FC FEMININES

Super Falcons’ shot-stopper, Chiamaka Nnadozie was in fine form for her side. She made 7 saves and kept a clean sheet in Paris FC’s goalless French Premiere Ligue draw against Lyon.

 

LB - ASHLEIGH PLUMPTRE - AL ITTIHAD LADIES FC

Ashleigh Plumptre was one of the standout performers for her side. The full back scored 1 goal and assisted 3 others in only 45 minutes for Al Ittihad Ladies, in their big SAFF Women’s Cup victory.

 

CB - JOSEPH OLOWU - DONCASTER ROVERS FC

Joseph Olowu was impressive at both ends of the pitch. The 24-year old scored 1 goal while making 6 clearances and winning 6 duels in Doncaster Rovers’ [1-2] English League Two victory over Swindon.

 

CB - FRANKLIN TEBO - SARPSBORG 08

Franklin Uchenna Tebo makes another appearance in our TOTW following his impressive display in Sarpsborg’s [0-2] Norwegian Eliteserien victory over Hamkam. He made 10 clearances, won 10 duels and made 2 blocks, helping his side keep a clean sheet.

 

RB - OLA AINA - NOTTINGHAM FOREST FC

Ola Aina continued his good form for the season as he won 4 duels, made 2 tackles and helped Nottingham Forest keep a clean sheet in their [1-0] English Premier League victory over Crystal Palace.

 

MF - CHIBUIKE NWAIWU - WOLFSBERGER AC

Chibuike Nwaiwu put in a solid midfield performance, as he scores his first goal for Wolfsberger, while also winning 8 duels, making 8 clearances and creating 1 goalscoring chance in their [0-1] Austrian Bundesliga victory over BW Linz.

 

MF - EBENEZER AKINSANMIRO - UC SAMPDORIA

19-year old, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro came off the bench to score the first goal of his professional career, in UC Sampdoria’s [3-5] Italian Serie B victory over Cesena.

 

CAM - JOE ARIBO - SOUTHAMPTON FC

Super Eagles midfielder, Joe Aribo scored his first goal of the 24/25 English Premier League season, and also won 6 duels, as Southampton fell to a [2-3] defeat against Leicester City.

 

FW - OLANREWAJU KAYODE - SANLIURFASPOR FC - STAR OF THE WEEK

Olanrewaju “Larry” Kayode ran the show for Sanliurfaspor, scoring a well-taken hat trick in their [1-4] Turkish TFF 1 Lig victory over Adanspor. His outstanding performance earns him the Nigerian Star of the Week honours.

 

ST - TOLU AROKODARE - KRC GENK

Tolu Arokodare returned to scoring ways, netting his 7th goal of the season, while also providing his first assist, as KRC Genk battled to a [3-2] Belgian Pro League victory over STVV.

 

FW -  SAMUEL CHUKWUEZE - AC MILAN

Samuel Chukwueze opened his account for the season, netting the only goal of the game in a Man of the Match performance, to lift 10-man AC Milan to a hard-fought [1-0] Italian Serie A victory over Udinese.
