Ekong joins Watford

William Troost-Ekong joins Watford on a five-year deal

27-year old defender, William Troost-Ekong has joined EFL Championship club, Watford FC on a five-year deal from Udinese. The Super Eagles vice-captain makes the transfer following two successful seasons with Udinese in the Italian Serie A.

Ekong will wear the no. 5 jersey during his time at Vicarage road.

William Troost-Ekong had made 42 appearances for the Super Eagles, and was a consistent part of the AFCON 2019 bronze medal winning squad.
