Paul Onuachu emerges as Maurizio Sarri's summer target
In the last two seasons, the Nigerian has been phenomenal, and he could be on his way out of the Jupiler league by summer.
Serie A giants, Lazio are keen to sign Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu from Genk.
In the last two seasons, Onuachu has been the most lethal striker in the Jupiler League. The huge forward scored 33 league goals for the Smurfs last season.
Despite a number of injury layoffs this season, Onuachu has scored 19 goals in 28 league appearances. Last summer, the former Midtjylland striker was linked with a number of teams following his outstanding performance, but he was unable to depart.Embed from Getty Images
Nevertheless, given his outstanding achievements this season, he might still leave the Cegeka Arena if possible suitors agree to Genk's valuation of 25 million euros (₦12.6billion).
Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is a fan of Onuachu, according to Radiosei, and he wants to bring the 27-year-old to the Stadio Olimpico.
