Super Eagles striker, Cyriel Dessers was unfortunate not to find the back of the net in KRC Genk's 4-2 victory over KAS Eupen. The Nigerian international lasted for 69 minutes, having five shots on target and making one key pass.

Tolu Arokodare (Amiens SC - Ligue 2)

The lanky forward was the hero of the day, as his 82nd minute strike was enough to hand Amiens three maximum points over Annecy FC.

Tolu's goal enabled his employers to get their first points of the season, following their opening day 3-0 loss to Metz.

Muhammed Tijani (Banik Ostrava FC - Czech Republic 1. Liga)

Tijani justified Pavel Vrba's decision to bring him on in the second half of the encounter between Bohemians Praha 1905 and Banik Ostrava, as he went on to score an equalizer.

 The Nigerian came on in the 64th minute and went on to make the scoreline 3-3 in the 79th minute.

Olakunle Olusegun (FC Krasnodar - Russian Premier League )

Olakunle Olusegun bagged a brace in FC Krasnodar's 3-0 victory over Lokomotiv Moscow in the Russian Premier League.

He played from the left hand side of the attack in a 4-3-3 formation, using his pace to put the opposition on their toes.

Jamilu Collins (Cardiff City - English Championship)

Nigerian defender, Jamilu Collins once again had a decent outing for Cardiff City. He was industrious  in their 2-1 loss at Reading Football Club.

Collins was solid on the day, as he made four interceptions and five successful tackles in 90 minutes.

Francis Momoh (Grasshoppers Club Zurich - Swiss Super League)

Francis Momoh led Grasshoppers Club Zurich to a 3-2 win against FC St. Gallen 1879.

The 21-year-old scored a goal and assisted one in the five goal thriller.

William Agada (Sporting KC - USA Major League Soccer)

William Agada celebrates agfter scoring his first goal for Sporting Kansas City

William Agada scored his first two goals in Major League soccer to lead Sporting Kansas to an impressive 4-2 home win over LA Galaxy.
