Saviour Godwin scores ninth league goal of the season
Former Nigeria youth International, Saviour Godwin was on song over the weekend as he led his side (Casa Pia) to a comfortable league victory. The promotion-chasing side were 2-0 winners over Académica Coimbra.
They took the lead courtesy of an own goal from Zé Castro in the 21st minute. However, Godwin put the game to bed as he struck home a shot in the 62nd minute of the game.

The goal takes his goal involvements to twelve (nine goals and three assists) in twenty-four appearances so far in the league this season. He has ten goals in all competitions.
Godwin has been capped by Nigeria at U17, U20 and U23 levels.
