GK - ADEBAYO ADELEYE - HAPOEL JERUSALEM

Super Eagles goalkeeper, Adebayo Adeleye made 2 saves and 5 interceptions as his side, Hapoel Jerusalem fell to a narrow [1-2] Israeli Premier League defeat.

LCB - OSINACHI OHALE - ALAVES

Veteran defender, Osinachi Ohale impressed at the back for Deportivo Alaves Feminine, winning 4 duels while also making 4 clearances and 2 interceptions to help her side keep a clean sheet and earn a [1-0] victory.

CB - CHIDOZIE AWAZIEM - CLEAN SHEET / 5 DUELS WON - HNK HADJUK SPLIT

Chidozie Awaziem was one of the best performers this week. The 26-year old made 12 ball recoveries, won 5 duels, made 2 successful tackles and 2 clearances, all while completing 98% of his passes. His efforts helped Hadjuk Split to keep a clean sheet and earn a [2-0] Croatian HNL victory.

Kingsley Ehizibue continued his good run of games, winning 7 duels, making 4 tackles and 2 clearances to help Udinese keep a clean sheet and earn a [3-0] Italian Serie A victory over Cremonese.

CDM - IFEANYI MATHEW - 4 TACKLES / 3 INTERCEPTIONS / 1 CHANCES CREATED

Ifeanyi Mathew put in a solid midfield shift for FC Zurich. The 26-year old won 9 duels, made 5 successful tackles and 3 interceptions while also creating 1 goalscoring chance in his side’s [1-0] Swiss Super League victory.

CDM - OGHENEKARO ETEBO - 7 INTERCEPTIONS / 2 BLOCKS - ARIS FC

Oghenekaro Etebo was in fine form this past weekend.. He made 7 interceptions, 2 blocks, 2 clearances and completed 98% of his passes in Aris FC’s [0-] Greek Super League victory.

LM - PETER OLAYINKA - 1 GOAL - SLAVIA PRAGUE

Peter Olayinka scored a beautiful goal and also created 1 goalscoring chance for Slavia Prague as they cruised to a [3-0] home victory in the Czech Fortuna Liga.

ST - ANAM IMO - 2 GOALS - PITEA IF

Super Falcons’ Anam Imo scored a brace to lead Pitea IF to a [1-4] away victory in the Swedish Damallsvenskan

Stephen Odey put in a good performance for Randers FC. The 25-year old striker scored one goal and assisted another to help his side earn a big [0-4] Danish Superligaen victory away from home.

ST - JOSH MAJA - 2 GOALS / 4 CHANCES CREATED - BORDEAUX - STAR

 

Josh Maja scored 2 well-taken goals, opening and wrapping up the scoring, while also creating 4 goalscoring chances for Girondins de Bordeaux as they earned a [3-0] French Ligue 2 victory. His outstanding performance earns him the Nigerian Star of the Week honours.

RM - FRANCISCA ORDEGA - 2 GOALS - CSKA MOSCOW 

Francisca ‘Franny’ Ordega was in fine form for her side. The 29-year old forward netted a fine brace as CSKA Moscow Women breezed past Rubin in a [0-8] victory away from home, in the Russian Women’s Premier League
