Super Falcons trio of Esther Okoronkwo, Regina Otu, and Yewande Balogun have helped AS Saint-Etienne become champions of the French D2 Feminine and seal promotion to the French women's first division.

Saint-Etienne lost [1-2]] at Montauban to surrender their unbeaten record, but they kept their distance from second-place Olympique Marseille, who failed to beat Thonon Évian at home.

Goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie delivered another bright performance picking up another clean sheet as Paris FC forced city rivals PSG to a goalless draw.

GERMANY

Anthony Ujah laid on the assist to the winning goal in the 89th minute to inspire Eintracht Braunschweig's [2-1] win over Sandhausen.

The victory puts a five-point distance between struggling Eintracht Braunschweig and the relegation zone with three games left of the campaign.

ITALY

Victor Osimhen missed a penalty but then scored Napoli's second penalty to power the champions to a narrow [1-0] win over Fiorentina at the Diego Maradona Stadium.

With his latest strike, Osimhen becomes the all-time top-scoring African in the history of Serie A with 47 goals, dethroning Ballon d'Or winner George Weah.

NORWAY

Akor Adams made it five goals in his last four league games, but the 23-year-old forward's strike did not stop Lillestrøm from falling to a disappointing [1-2] loss at home to Bodø/Glimt.
