GK - CHIAMAKA NNADOZIE - PARIS FC FEMININES

Super Falcons' shot-stopper, Chiamaka Nnadozie was in excellent form for Paris FC Feminines, making 7 saves and keeping a clean sheet in her side’s [8-0] French Arkema Premiere Ligue thumping of Le Havre AC.

CB - CALVIN BASSEY - FULHAM FC

Calvin Bassey put in a good display in defence for Fulham, making 4 clearances, winning 2 duels, and keeping a clean sheet, in their narrow [0-1] English Premier League  victory over Nottingham Forest.

CB - GABRIEL OSHO - AJ AUXERRE

Gabriel Osho was one of the better performers for AJ Auxerre. He made 2 tackles, won 4 duels and helped his side keep a clean sheet in their [3-0] French Ligue 1 victory over Brest. He also nearly contributed in attack, hitting the woodwork once.

CB - IZUCHUKWU ANTHONY - NANTONG ZHIYUN FC

Izuchukwu Anthony contributed on both ends of the pitch, scoring his third goal of the season, while also making 11 clearances, 3 tackles and 1 block to help Nantong Zhiyun battle to a [3-2] Chinese Super League victory over Zheijang.

LM - TOSIN KEHINDE - FERENCVAROSI TC

Tosin Kehinde played the role of super sub for his side. With the game goalless, he came off the bench and provided 2 assists to lead his side to a [3-0] Hungarian NB I victory over Puskas Akademia. 

MF - AYO OBILEYE - CANGZHOU MIGHTY LIONS FC

Super Eagles hopeful, Ayo Obileye ran the show for his side, from the centre of the park. He scored his 2nd goal of the season, while also winning 6 duels and making 5 clearances in Mighty Lions’ [3-2] Chinese Super League defeat against Tianjin.

MF - AZUBUIKE OKECHUKWU - BB ERZURUMSPOR

Azubuike Okechukwu has settled into life in his new club. He won 4 duels, made 2 tackles and created 2 goalscoring chances, in their [1-2] Turkish 1. Lig win against Igdir.

RM - RIDWAN SANUSI - FK ŽELEZIARNE PODBREZOVÁ

23-year old Ridwan Sanusi made his presence felt for FK Železiarne Podbrezová. He scored brilliant goal, while also creating one goalscoring chance and winning 7 duels as his side battled to a [1-1] Slovakian Nike Liga draw against AS Trencin.

LF - MUSTAPHA ISAH - IK START

20-year old forward, Mustapha Isah took his season’s goal tally up to 6 goals in the opening ten games of the season, as he scored a brace for IK Start in their [0-4] Norwegian 1st division victory over Sandnes.

ST - VICTOR OSIMHEN - GALATASARAY SK

Reigning CAF Player of the year, Victor Osimhen finally got off the mark for his new club, Galatasaray. The 25-year old striker netted a very well-taken brace as his side were held to a [3-3] Turkish Super Big draw by Kenneth Omeruo’s Kasimpasa.

RF - RASHEEDAT AJIBADE - 3 GOALS - ATLETICO DE MADRID FEMENINO - STAR OF THE WEEK

Super Falcons captain and star, Rasheedat Ajibade continued her excellent start to the Spanish Liga F season, as she netted a beautiful hattrick in Atletico de Madrid Femenino’s [4-0] Madrid derby victory over Madrid CFF. Her excellent display earns her a second consecutive Nigerian Star of the Week honour.
