Osimhen, Simy and Arokodare headline EaglesTracker Awards 2020 winners list

Over 365 days of competitive football. Over 250 players tracked for over 52 weeks. The first edition of the EaglesTracker Awards was a huge success.

There were 5 awards handed out over three days, beginning with the Team of the Season announcement on Friday with the show coming to a close on Sunday, following the announcement of FC Crotone's Simy Nwankwo as the Nigerian Player of the Season for 2019/2020.
Below is the list of all awards and winners:

AWARD WINNERS

Team of the Season: Fri Aug 28
A selection of the Best XI of Nigerian Footballers based on performances during the 2019/2020 season.

Rookie of the Season: Toluwalase Arokodare (Valmiera FC)
Awarded to the Best Player aged 21 years or younger, playing in their first full season as a member of the first team squad.

Revelation of the Season: Victor Osimhen (SSC Napoli via LOSC Lille)
Awarded to the player who was the biggest positive surprise in their football club this season.

Most Improved Player of the Season: Moses Simon (FC Nantes)
Awarded to the player who made the most improvements on the field, from their previous season.

Player of the Season: Simeon Nwankwo
Awarded to the player selected by our editors as the most outstanding player of the season.
