Kayode's experience in Turkish football is extensive, having played for four different clubs, including Gaziantep, Sivasspor, Ümraniyespor, and Gençlerbirliği. He has accumulated 144 games and 104 Super Lig appearances, making him a well-known figure in Turkish football.
The length of Kayode's contract with Sanliurfaspor remains undisclosed, but the club's manager, Müslüm Arıcı, was present at the signing ceremony. This move is expected to bolster Sanliurfaspor's lineup, bringing in a player with Kayode's skills and experience.
Kayode's football career spans multiple countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Switzerland, Israel, Austria, Spain, and Ukraine. He has played for various clubs, including ASEC Mimosas, Luzern, Maccabi Netanya, Austria Vienna, Girona, and Shakhtar Donetsk, with loan spells at several clubs as a Manchester City player.
Internationally, Kayode has represented Nigeria at various levels, including the 2009 Fifa U17 World Cup, 2011 and 2013 Fifa U20 World Cup, and earned caps at U23 level before making his senior debut in 2017.
