Rapheal Onyedika (FC Midtjylland - Danish Super Liga)

In what was a disappointing night for FC Midtjylland, Raphael Onyedika had a performance to cheer about.

Onyedika's energetic performance was felt in midfield, but his 2 interceptions and 7 ball recoveries weren't enough to lead 9-man FC Midtjylland to a victory.

The Danish giants blew a two-goal lead in the last five minutes of the game.

Moses Simon (FC Nantes - Ligue 1)

Simon was impeccable for FC Nantes in their 1-1 draw with LOSC Lille. The Super Eagles talisman threatened early in the match, hitting the post with a shot after a swift turn from the left wing.

The pacy forward then opened the scoring in the 28th minute following an assist from Andrei Girotto.

Asides scoring the opener, he also created two goalscoring opportunities for the 2022 French Cup winners before they were pegged back by a late Ismaily goal.

Simon played the entire duration of the game.

Hamdi Akujobi (Almere City FC - Dutch Eerste Division)

Hamdi Akujobi scored his first goal for Almere City FC in their emphatic 3-0 win over TOP OSs on Friday evening. He joined on a free transfer from SC Heerenveen earlier this summer.

The right fullback was on song as he made 2 successful tackles, one clearance and 2 interceptions for the Dutch second division side.
