OFFICIAL: Francisca Ordega Joins Saudi Arabia's Al-Ittihad Ladies

Veteran Super Falcons winger Francisca Ordega has sealed a move to Saudi Arabia club Al-Ittihad Ladies, putting pen to paper on a two-year contract. 

The 31-year-old winger joins the club on a free transfer, following the expiration of her contract with Russian club CSKA Moscow.

Ordega's arrival at Al-Ittihad Ladies marks a significant boost for the Saudi Arabian club, who are eager to strengthen their squad with top talent. 

The Nigerian star brings a wealth of experience to the team, having played for several top clubs including Levante, Athletico Madrid, Washington Spirit, and Shanghai Shengli.

During her time with CSKA Moscow, Ordega imanaged some pretty decent statistics, scoring 29 goals and registering 20 assists in 84 appearances. 

The Super Falcons star also won the Russian Cup and Super Cup during her stint with the club.

Ordega's move to Al-Ittihad Ladies increases the number of Nigerians at the club to two, with defender Ashleigh Plumptre already a key member of the squad. 

The Nigerian duo will be eager to make a positive impact on the team and help Al-Ittihad Ladies achieve success in the Saudi Arabian women's football league.
