Super Falcons forward Chinonyerem MacLeans has parted ways with Saudi Women's Premier League outfit Al Shabab Women FC, just four months after joining the club.
The Nigerian striker arrived at Al Shabab as a free agent in October 2024, but has now opted to leave the Middle Eastern side as confirmed by the club's official channels.
During her brief stint with Al Shabab, MacLeans made twelve appearances, scoring six goals and providing one assist.
One of the highlights of her time with the club was netting a hat-trick in a 6-0 thrashing of Eastern Flames in November 2024.
The Nigerian forward has previously played for clubs in Poland and Russia, including Lokomotiv Moscow, where she spent three seasons and scored fourteen goals in thirty-three appearances.
At the international level, MacLeans represented Nigeria at the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) and was part of the Super Falcons squad at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Before moving to Europe, she previously featured for Nigerian Women's Football League sides Abia Angels and Bayelsa Queens.
