EFL Championship side Blackburn Rovers have confirmed the deadline day loan signing of Nigerian international Emmanuel Dennis from Nottingham Forest. 

The 27-year-old striker becomes the club's sixth signing of the January window and is expected to bring a much-needed boost to Rovers' attacking options.

Dennis's impressive goal-scoring record speaks for itself, with the Nigerian forward having netted 10 Premier League goals in 30 starts for Watford. 

He has also gained valuable experience in the Europa League, playing against top-tier clubs like Feyenoord, Fenerbahce, and Manchester United.

The Super Eagles striker's career has taken him to various clubs across Europe, including Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk, Belgian outfit Club Brugge, and German club FC Koln. 

His move to Rovers marks a return to English football, where he has previously impressed with his pace, skill, and goal-scoring ability.

Dennis's arrival at Rovers is subject to approval from the relevant football authorities. 

Once confirmed, he will be eager to rediscover his goalscoring touch and help Rovers achieve their objectives for the remainder of the season.
